After being diagnostic with uterine fibroids at the age of 28, I decided to take charge of my health. In 2014, I received my certification as a holistic nutrition consultant and started my private practice in California. In 2017, I moved in the country and co- founder Essential Living Matters. This became my flagship to offer classes, coaching and sustainable gift boxes made from my harvesting and handmade skin care line. I wildcraft my medicinal herbs and flowers, grow a big garden and raise hay chicken. From city girl to country woman my life has changed so much over the years, and I continue to evolve around sustainability and my growing love for Mother Nature.
