Eat everything.. Do not waste….anything…!

Beetroot leafs greens 🙏🏻

➡️juice or add them to your salad

➡️carry more minerals, vitamins and fiber than beetroot 😄

➡️very fine source of b-carotene, lutein and zea-xanthin (flavonoids: anti-oxidants)
